Koru

In room 3 we are doing koru art. The art we are doing has leaves as a decoration and koru represent new beginnings because its a fern unrolling. We were inspired by Raewyn Harris who uses the whole page and loads of patterns such as leaves, ferns, koru and wave like patterns. I just used vivid for my back ground. We used pastels to make the colour and some people went from darker to lighter and smudged it. We tried using colours that go together like green and blue and red but I randomly used gold which doesn't go well with the other colors.
